Shipping & Returns Policy

This policy explains how shipping, returns, refunds, and exchanges work for orders placed through Halls Of Strength Retail Group.

Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Orders usually take 1–2 business days to be fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be shipped to you.

Estimated shipping times are:

USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, courier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company that has facilities worldwide. Your order will ship from the facility best suited to fulfill and deliver your items.

Will I be charged customs fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not controlled by us and are determined by your local customs office.

Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about possible fees before placing your order.

My order should have arrived by now. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please check the following:

- Review your shipping confirmation email to make sure the delivery address is correct
- Contact your local post office or courier to see if they are holding your package
- Check with neighbors or household members in case the package was delivered to them

If you entered an incorrect delivery address, we may be able to send a replacement order, but the additional shipping cost will be your responsibility.



Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because our products are made on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

However, if there is a problem with your order, such as a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us at [insert your support email here].

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors.

If you are unsure which size to order, please review the sizing chart listed in the product description before making your purchase.

If an item was mislabeled, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the mislabeled item. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.



Claims for Damaged, Defective, or Lost Orders

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If the issue is determined to be an error on our part, we will cover the cost of resolving it.

Returned Shipments

The default return address is the Halls Of Strength Retail Group facility.

When a returned shipment is received, an automated email notification will be sent. Unclaimed returned shipments may be donated to charity after 30 days.

If the Halls Of Strength Retail Group facility is not used as the return address, you may be responsible for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address

If you or the customer provide an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility.

You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order once an updated address has been confirmed, if applicable.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that are not claimed and are returned to our facility may be reshipped at your expense.

If reshipping is not arranged, the returned shipment may be donated to charity after 30 days.

Orders Without a Registered Account or Billing Method

If you have not registered an account on hallsofstregnth.store and added a billing method, you agree that returned orders due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the shipment may not be available for reshipping.

In these cases, the order may be donated to charity at your cost, and no refund will be issued.



Non-Returnable Items

Halls Of Strength Retail Group does not accept returns of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Face masks
- Other sealed hygiene-related products

Any returned orders containing face masks or similar hygiene products will not be available for reshipping and may be disposed of.



Notice for EU Consumers

According to Article 16(c) and Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
2. Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

Because our products may be made to order or fall under these exceptions, Halls Of Strength Retail Group reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
